Final Value Fees and Terms and Conditions
Web and Network Solutions Final Value fees are based on 30% of the final selling price.  Web and Network Solutions manages all aspects of the sale of your product from start to finish.  This includes customer questions, shipping, photography and storage of the product listed (excludes vehicles).  Web and Network Solutions is not responsible for the final selling price on listed items.  It is the signer’s responsibility to determine appropriate pricing.  Web and Network Solutions reserves to right to dispose of all goods not sold and left for a period of 30 days beyond the close of auction.  Web and Network Solutions will charge a disposal fee of $10.00 for Items left.  It is the customer’s responsibility to pick up unsold items or commit to re-listing of the items by repayment of listing fees.  All Reserve Price Auctions are subject to a reserve price auction fees that is refunded when you successfully complete your auction on eBay. If your item does not sell, this fee is not refunded.

Vehicle Insertion Fees
There is a non-refundable Insertion Fee for listing your item on eBay. Insertion Fee for an eBay Motors vehicle listing is either $50.00 or $60.00 depending on what it is that you are selling:

• $60.00 Insertion Fee for Passenger Vehicles (cars, trucks, etc.) and Other Vehicles (aircraft, buses, commercial trucks, RVs & campers, and trailers)
• $50.00 Insertion Fee for Motorcycles and Power sports (ATVs, high-performance go-karts, personal watercraft, scooters & mopeds, and snowmobiles), except for pocket bikes. Pocket bikes have a $6.00 Insertion Fee.

Transaction Services Fee
eBay does not charge a Final Value Fee at the close of Vehicle listings on eBay. Instead, eBay charges a Transaction Services Fee at the time of the first bid on your listing (or if you set a reserve price, at the time of the first bid over that reserve). Just like Insertion Fees, the Transaction Services Fee is either $50.00 or $60.00 depending on what it is that you are selling:

• $60.00 Transaction Services Fee for Passenger Vehicles (cars, trucks, etc.) and Other Vehicles (aircraft, buses, commercial trucks, RVs & campers, and trailers).
• $50.00 Transaction Services Fee for Motorcycles and Power sports (ATVs, high-performance go-karts, personal watercraft, scooters & mopeds, and snowmobiles), except for pocket bikes. Pocket bikes have a $6.00 Transaction Service Fee.

You will not be charged a Transaction Services Fee if:
·  There were no bids on your item
·  There were no bids that met the reserve price on your reserve price listing
 
Otherwise, however, you will be charged a Transaction Services Fee whether or not you carry out the sale with the buyer.

WAN Solutions will provide the venue for the sale of your vehicle.  WAN solution’s is in no way responsible for conducting the final transaction or transfer of title or license plate.  If the vehicle is sold and the party signing this agreement fails to comply with the terms and conditions listed on eBay the signer is responsible for all fees and penalties incurred by WAN Solutions from eBay pertaining to specified auction listing.  Vehicle title is due to the purchasing person three days after sale commences.  WAN Solutions is not responsible for the selling price.  Minimum Selling price is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.  WAN Solutions will allow parties to meet on the premises.  WAN Solutions will collect a 2 percent listing fee for all vehicle sales at the time of remittance of the payment.
