NOTE: Follow this exactly. These instructions are for Outlook Express 5.0. You may check your version by hitting help, then about.
Start Outlook Express
Go to Tools

Go to Accounts

Click add (on the right side) then Mail

It will ask for a Display Name. Put your name there.

Click Next
Click I already have a email address, and input your email ex. you@yourdomain.com

Click Next
For the mail servers type mail.yourdomain.com in both the Incoming Mail (POP3) and Outgoing Mail (SMTP)

Click Next
For the account name type in you@yourdomain.com and for your password type in your password

Click Next
Click Finish.

When the accounts window pops up again, click mail
You will see your new account.
Click Close.
Hit CTRL+M (The shortcut for Send/Recieve Mail) or just hit the send and receive button.

Your account is active and working. If you follow these instructions step by step and your account does not work, you may call 1-877-WAN-7300 and have us change your password for you. If you recieve any other messages not relating to your password, check your internet connection.
